Q:  Ship Time?

A:  All orders are packed in a span of 1-3 business days. However if you've PREORDERED an item, packing time may take up to 2-3 months.


Q:  Combined Shipping?

A:  If you have recently made multiple orders, you may be eligible for combined shipping. Please contact us here with your full name and both order numbers stating your desire to combine. We will evaluate the situation and provide the appropiate assistance. 


Q:  Delivery Time?

A:  US/Domestic residents using USPS First-Class: delivery can take up to 1-2 weeks.

International residents using USPS First-Class: delivery can take upwards of 3 months.

 

Q:  Lost Mail or Tracking Not Updating?

A:  Give tracking 48 hours to update. If unchanging, contact us here. Please state your name, order #, items, and concern. 

Please be aware we are not responsible for lost mail during the delivery/shipping process. If possible, please contact your local post office to see if they are holding your package. Furthermore, check with any residents who may have retrieved the package on your behalf. 

 

Q:  Incorrect information, What do I do?

A:  If you have accidentally inputted incorrect information regarding your order, please contact us here. We will do our best to resolve the issue only if your order has not been shipped.

 

Q:  Refunds/Cancellations & Exchanges?

A:  We do not accept exchanges nor order cancellations unless it is due to an error on our part. If we have made a mistake or you are unhappy with your order, please contact us here and we will get back to you ASAP.

 

Q:  International Customs/Taxes?

A:  We are not held accountable for international customs tax/import fees. Most times there will not be a fee at all. 

 

Q:  Restocking & Reselling Policies?

A:  We do not restock pins. They are first come first serve; limited edition. Apparel and jewelry will be restocked according to demand. We do not have strict reselling policies, just be nice to the community.


Q:  Pin Grades?

A:  Pin grades are used to determine the "quality" of enamel pins since they're handmade!

A- Minimal imperfections not noticeable to the eye. Only upon very close inspection under harsh light are seen.
B- Visual imperfections such as overfilled enamel, chips, and missing enamel. It does not interfere with the overall look and design of the pin.
